Linda M. Lopez Esq.
Ms. Lopez is an associate with Winegar, Wilhelm, Glynn & Roemersma, P.C., working in a wide range of employment law and other civil litigation matters. Ms. Lopez has significant litigation experience including counseling clients during all stages of litigation, drafting complex pleadings and motions, and representing clients in various hearings in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Winegar, Wilhelm, Glynn & Roemersma, Ms. Lopez was an associate with a law firm in Philadelphia where she gained valuable experience formulating overall case strategies, drafting civil pleadings and motions, and successfully negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
Ms. Lopez earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 2006, and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Moravian College in 2003. While in law school, Ms. Lopez was a member of Villanova's Moot Court Board which allowed her to participate in numerous mock oral arguments. Ms. Lopez also represented low-income taxpayers in Villanova's Federal Tax Clinic where she gained hands-on experience representing clients.
Ms. Lopez is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Lopez is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lehigh County Bar Association.
