Personal:

Mr. Augustine began working at the firm in 2003 as a law clerk. After graduating from law school in 2006, he became a full-time associate. Mr. Augustine currently handles a variety of litigation matters, including Criminal Defense, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Family Law.

Mr. Augustine is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, along with the U.S. District Courts for New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, as well as the Northampton and Warren County Bar Associations and the American Association of Justice (formerly ATLA).

Mr. Augustine received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2006. During law school, Mr. Augustine was a staff editor for the Widener Law Journal, wherein he published Of Mice (Clicks) and Men: a Best Laid Plan Goes Awry in Glasgow, Inc. v. Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, 15 Widener L.J. 425 (2006).

During law school, Mr. Augustine served as a certified legal intern for the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic. He represented clients who could not afford legal counsel in a variety of legal matters, including criminal defense, divorce, and unemployment compensation. For his service to the community, he received the Outstanding Clinical Advocacy Award in May 2006.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Augustine received a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Marketing) from Lycoming College in 1998. He spent four years at a Phillipsburg area chemical manufacturing company before leaving to pursue his law degree. Mr. Augustine and his wife reside in Allentown, PA.
