Personal:

Mr. Glynn first joined the Law Firm as a partner in 2002, after more than a quarter-century of legal experience in building a widely-held reputation as a skilled trial attorney in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Glynn is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Prior to joining this Law Firm, Mr. Glynn was an Assistant Prosecutor for the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office from 1980-1984, where he eventually attained the position of Grand Jury Chief, and handled a wide variety of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors and assaults to more serious felonies.

In 1984, Mr. Glynn left the public sector to enter private practice, and in his 21 years since leaving the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Glynn has handled a broad spectrum of legal matters with an emphasis on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Throughout his career in the private sector, Mr. Glynn has tried cases in most of the counties located in Northern New Jersey, and has achieved numerous personal injury settlements in excess of $100,000, with the highest settlement agreement reaching $2.5 Million.

Mr. Glynn received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1979. After graduating from law school and before joining the Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Glynn first served in 1979 as a Law Clerk to a New Jersey Superior Court Judge. Moreover, prior to attending law school, Mr. Glynn also graduated Cum Laude when he received a Bachelor of Science (Political Science) from the University of Scranton in 1976. While at the University, he was named to the Dean's List five times, was admitted to the Honors Program, and served as Editor in Chief of the University Magazine.

Mr. Glynn resides in Harmony Township, NJ, with his wife of 28 years and their three daughters. In addition, Mr. Glynn has been an active member of the community coaching children’s sports and serving on his local Board of Education.
