Jennifer Toth has been an associate at Winegar, Wilhelm, Glynn and Roemersma, P.C., since 2010. She is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Jennifer is also a member of the Warren County Bar Association, the Northampton County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Prior to joining Winegar, Wilhelm, Glynn & Roemersma, P.C. Jennifer was an associate at a commercial litigation law firm in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Baltimore in 2007, where she served as a law clerk in the felony division of the Baltimore City Public Defenders Office.   While in law school, Jennifer was an active member of the Criminal Law Association.

Prior to attending law school, Jennifer graduated from the University of Scranton, where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, with Minors in Psychology and Sociology. During her time at Scranton, Jennifer was a member of the Lady Royals Volleyball Team and an active member of the Criminal Justice Club. Jennifer also interned at the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Probation Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
