Any worker who has been terminated or laid off through no fault of their own may file for Unemployment Compensation in Pennslyvania.   If you are injured and unable to work in any capacity, you cannot receive unemployment benefits.  Unemployment benefits are only for workers who are “ready, willing, and able” to work.
