Local Compensation Courts for Residents of Phillipsburg, Hackettstown, Warren County, Clinton, and Hunterdon County:

 

            If you suffer a work injury and have a workers compensation attorney, you will eventually be required to attend a local compensation court.    If you are an injured worker and reside in Easton, Pennsylvania or Phillipsburg New Jersey, Warren County or the surrounding cities, your court is located on US Highway 22, Lebanon, New Jersey. 

 

            If you are an injured worker and reside in either Belvidere or Columbia, New Jersey, or surrounding northern cities and towns, your compensation court will be held in Mt. Arlington, New Jersey. 

 

            If you are an injured worker and do not reside in Phillipsburg New Jersey, Warren County, or Hunterdon County you will be required to attend another location.
