If you suffer a work injury and have a workers compensation attorney, you will eventually be required to attend a local compensation court. If you are an injured worker and reside in Allentown, Pennsylvania or the surrounding cities, your court is located at 160 Hamilton Ste., 200, Allentown, Pa 18101. The building is a one level grey colored building.
If you are an injured worker and reside in either Easton, Pennsylvania or Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, your compensation court will be held at the Northampton County Courthouse, in Courtroom 2. This Courtroom is basically in the back of the courthouse.
If you are an injured worker and do not reside in Easton, Bethlehem, or Allentown, you will be required to attend another location. Below is a list of the compensation courts in Pennsylvania:
