Kelly Fackenthall recently became an associate at the Law Firm. Ms. Fackenthall was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2016. She will be taking the bar exam to be admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in February of 2018.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fackenthall served as a law clerk to the Honorable Samuel P. Murray as well as a law clerk to the Honorable Leonard N. Zito in the Court of Commons Pleas of Northampton County. She was previously a Certified Legal Intern at the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Law Clinic in Wilmington, Delaware, as well as an Extern to the Honorable Henry S. Perkin at the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Fackenthall earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2015, graduating Cum Laude. During her time at Widener, Ms. Fackenthall received a Pro bono distinction, Criminal Law Certificate, Trial Advocacy Certificate, and a Certificate of Achievement in Juvenile Justice. She was involved with the Widener Law Review as an article editor, and she participated in the Texas Young Lawyers Association National Trial Competition and Delaware Law School's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fackenthall graduated from Moravian College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
