3/2/26: “I have nothing but good things to say about Scott Wilhelm and his associates! I contacted their office in hopes to retain him for a criminal matter. I called in and was put on hold for a few minutes, then spoke to Scott directly just a few minutes later! I did know what time of day to call since court is usually in session in the morning. HOWEVER, it was impressive I got to speak to him immediately. He was nothing but a pleasure to work with the entire time. I do feel like his fee was very valid for the outcome. He got my case dismissed when I told him I’d be more than happy to plead if needed. The outcome was a huge surprise to me even though he told me multiple times that’s what he was working on. It did crack me up that he sounded like he had no set plan then we get into the court session and he has a laundry list of things that he casually brought up in regards to my case. The judge immediately dismissed. I believe we postponed two times and were willing to do a third had it not been dismissed. Scott also took the time to talk me down multiple times when my anxiety got the best of me. He’s more of an old school non chalant lawyer that won’t bug you unless it’s necessary. I appreciated how streamlined the communication was. Also, shout out to his legal assistant Abigail who took the time to send me all the court communications and explained what I needed to show up for and what I didn’t need to show up for.
