Jennifer L. Toth

Jennifer L. Toth practices law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania where she specializes in criminal defense, civil litigation, personal injury and estate litigation. She is a graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School, the University of Scranton and the University of Baltimore School of Law class of 2007. Since graduation, she has engaged in the private practice of law and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and all Courts in the State of New Jersey and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She has served as a municipal public defender for more than a decade and has zealously represented thousands of indigent clients. She is an active participant in bar association activities and is a past president of the Warren County Bar Association. She has served on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Judicial and Prosecutor Advisory Committee for 4 years. She has also served on the New Jersey District XIII Ethics Committee.
