Ms. Constance is a graduate of the State University of New York-Albany and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Law School. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Constance was a law clerk to the Honorable Joanne Cocchiola, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part in Essex County. Ms. Constance is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey. She will engage in the general practice of law with an emphasis on family law. Ms. Constance resides in Hellertown and is expected to be licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
