Managing Partner Scott M. Wilhelm, Esq. Secured Another Affirmance by the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division
On November 19, 2025, Managing Partner Scott M. Wilhelm, Esq. secured an affirmance by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division of the Law Division’s entry of a Final Judgement in his client’s favor after a breach trial. Mr. Wilhelm argued on appeal that, the losing party’s appeal had no merit because the Law Division Judge properly found that the facts and the law favored his client in a case where the losing party, a real estate owner, attempted to breach a profit agreement. When the previous owner filled a lawsuit to attempt to focus his client of the property, Mr. Wilhelm stood up for them. This decision demonstrates that strong appellate advocacy can result justice being served. This is the second time in less than four months that Mr. Wilhelm was successful before the Appellate Division.
