Phillipsburg Wrestlers Explain Photograph

Scott Wilhelm, Esq. of Wilhelm & Roemersma held a press conference this week and issued a statement on behalf of the Eight Phillipsburg Wrestlers. Attorney Scott Wilhelm explained the photograph was a spontaneous act and not meant to cause harm.
