On January 25, 2024, Managing Partner Scott M. Wilhelm obtained an acquittal from the Superior Court of New Jersey of his Client’s Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol charge.
His Client had been convicted after a trial in the South Plainfield Borough Municipal Court. Mr. Wilhelm raised issues on appeal that he did not believe were handled property by the Municipal Court, and the Superior Court agreed. This resulted in the acquittal. Mr. Wilhelm is recognized by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a certified attorney in Municipal Court and Driving Under the Influence matters.
